The Princess is all about “peace & quiet” on the enchanting and world famous Santorinian Caldera with the most fascinating and unique view of the volcano, the little islands of the Aegean Sea and of course the breathtaking and glorious island’s sunsets.
You will find us in Imerovigli, the most beautiful village of Santorini, only 3,5 km away of the capital city of Fira. We operate since 2004 and our hotel follows the traditional Cycladic architecture and style. We serve a single purpose, to offer our guests modern convenience and service of high quality!
Once you are here, you can spoil yourself with our exquisite Spa services, swim in our outdoor pool with the spectacular view of Caldera, relax with a cocktail, or have a fine dining experience at our restaurant.
Santorini Princess Spa Hotel has 19 fully equipped luxurious apartments for 2, 3 or 4 guests, including a Honeymoon Suite with private Jacuzzi and two Superior Suites.

All nineteen (19) of our rooms are on the rim of the volcano, facing the unique view of the Santorinian Caldera and the magnificent sunset. The well-designed spaces and the carefully selected colors and materials characterize all areas with a sense of luxury.
Our rooms, each with its own shape and size, are being on the side of the volcano and can accommodate from 2 to 4 persons. Of course we offer a spacious Honeymoon Suite with its own heated Jacuzzi on the Caldera.
Swimming Pool
RELAX AND ENJOY
Our swimming pool is situated in the middle of our boutique hotel being one of the very few heated pools (29°C / 84°F) on the island during the nippy months of April, May and October. You must push the magic button and enjoy the Jacuzzi on the rim of the volcano whilst taking in the breathtaking view the island has to offer.
Drinks of your dreams and cared for snacks are offered straight after breakfast by the pool side till sunset when swimming in the pool is then prohibited for our guests’ safety.
